Create an Account
To start using the "QR Invoice" application with HubSpot, you must create an account in the backend portal.
Click here to open the backend: https://inv.evendigo.com/.
Click on "Register"
Please use a valid email address; we will send you a link to set your password.
Look for our email in your inbox and set the password.
Set a save password.
Get started
After logging in, you see three steps to complete. The first step is to add your company information and IBAN. The second one is to connect to HubSpot, and the third one is to add a payment to get rid of the text "DEMO" on the invoices.
Accomplish the three steps to get started.
The QR invoice shows all the company information. If you have problems creating QR invoices, choose the correct IBAN type.
Connect to HubSpot
You need to connect the backend to HubSpot. The connection will only read data and not write anything back into your HubSpot. If the connection gets lost, please reconnect it again. The connection has to be established to have a working system.
Click on "Connect Now"
Click on "Connect app"
If the connection worked, it should look like that.
Create QR invoices
To create a QR invoice, click "Invoices" in the navigation to see all your invoices.

Create Invoices in HubSpot
To create QR invoices out of HubSpot, the module has to be activated. Navigate to a deal and click on "Customize record" and load the module. Please follow the images below.
Load any deal and click on "Customize record"
Click on "Default view"
Click on "Add cards". You also can change all the view here.
Activate the "QR Invoice"
The new card will be shown and if available also the invoices. Click on the one you want and hit "QR invoice" to create it.
